Been twice: kitten vaccination and neutering. All went great, staff were helpful and friendly. Cat was back to his spicy self half an hour upon returning home.
I went in with two dogs that had puked a lot. They felt their stomachs, looked at their gums, and concluded that it was probably fine. It took 20 minutes. The price was 3200 SEK. Avoid these scammers.
Had my dog operated here for which turned out to be cancerous growth, and I received very good service and information. Thank you so much
We moved our two cats from Cyprus to Sweden a year ago. Before their vaccinations get outdated I want to visit vet and apply for an EU passport for them. Not that we will ho anywhere else but just in case. The cats were already in Sweden and passed several checks with their documentation when we came to Sweden. They are 16 and 12 years old that we even did not pay any tax for them. They have been with me for whole their life and I have every proof for that. We never had any problems in Sweden until we visited this place. First, they told me that only documentation is fine to bring. So I only bring the documentation and the cat which had a small problem just to double check. The staff yelled at me as a welcoming. They said I should have brought both of the cats that day. I said I have at least one that they can check and I can bring the other one soon. Then, they said they do not give EU passports. I reminded that I got an appointment and the person on phone told me that it is possible. Otherwise why am I there, right? She was angry but more than that I felt first time in my life that it was also about me not being swedish. I don't know what kind of a wierd idea they had but they did not want to do anything with me or my cat. My cat was so stressed that she pooped in her carry bag in the mean time. After few months, we received a letter from swedish board of agriculture. We learned that they have reported us. The agency decided to do not take any action according to the documents probably because we did everything right already. The people in this place did not know anything about me. They did not checked my cats. I gave them all the documents and still they reported us and make the authorities busy for nothing! And I still do not know why? Was it just because i was not Swede? Was it because I was speaking in english? Was it because my cat pooped? :D Long story short, my cats are healthy, happy and we got what we asked for anyways from another vet. This place is basically rude if not racist. They do not have enough love for animals to do any good. Do not go there. I would never ever leave my cats there! Our animals deserves much better than you and your not existing service!
I have an elderly dog and in an emergency they treated us very well and they were very patient with him under stress and with us trying to explain the situation. The diagnosis came quickly and they were genuinely interested in following up with him. Very satisfied.
