The staff are fantastic, super helpful & kind. I have visited this location twice now for a nerve block injection & I have had a great experience.
Nothing sympathetic or understanding at the reception, when I waited over 2 hours to be x-rayed.nIf you come to Drop-in, the wait can be so long!!nBut imagine my surprise, when I asked a woman who went in for x-ray if she had booked. No, she hadn't!! Had been sitting for a maximum of 30 minutes!nWhat criteria do you follow? So unprofessional and bad.nNow it's time for the management to address the situation, after reading more reviews.
Worst building ever. The reception is empty, no one is there, the staff just sit there eating, people have been sitting there for over two hours and still haven't been seen to, the staff are terrible at answering questions, sitting there with a broken leg for three hours is hell, go somewhere else. There is a black woman sitting at the reception with her eyes wide open and is rude. It's awful
Was having a bone density test, felt the woman was very irritated. Repeatedly explained what she was doing which I had already understood the first time.nFelt like she underestimated me.
