No humanity, they made me pay 600 even if I did not get any service just because I just realized today that I mistakenly booked via bokadirekt with them thinking it was another place where I live who actually accepted that booking and made me pay. I was a former client here and they lost me forever. At least you could have found a solution instead of just saying: pay pay pay. Like a reschedule?. But now, it is easier like that for you.
Fast and inexpensive indeed. I really wanted to like this place but every time that I’ve been there I’m not happy with my nails. They don’t really care about details and the nails don’t last that long either compared to other places. I won’t go back.nnAs you can see in phot below the nail polish goes on my cuticles. Just terrible eye for detail they don’t care.
Don't need to book a time,can usually drop in. They do a good job and it's fast and inexpensive. But it cam vary from staff to staff if they are friendly and good it seems. This time the nails were nice and they were friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately not a great experience. It was my first time and I won't be going back. I didn't get to have the salons well rated manicurist Zuzana as she had left earlier, instead I had a novice. He couldn't file my nails neatly, neither in a straight line. I asked him to correct my nails many times. He cut the skin on my cuticle so short it was bleeding. The way he gripped my feet was painful. He put chemicals on my toe where he had made it bleed and it hurt. He was caughing and sneezing all over the place and not even disinfecting his hands, he evidently had a cold. I hope I do not fall ill tomorrow due to this experience. The nail artist did not even use any cuticle oil or moisteriser, so the job definitely did not feel done. A poor, quick job, and I had to even file my own toe nails to get the job done in the end. Won't be coming back
A guy who made acrylic nails for me today was so rude and he seemed angry that I tensed my fingers. He used nail grinder and cut beside my pinky and a bit bloody. How could I feel relax? I didn’t feel secure and the resulty was so . Strongly not recommend.
