The desk for Polferries opened about 3 hours before sailing and the travel agent was extremely helpful at finding us a cabin as we'd had no luck online. The cafe wasn't open on Saturday.
Beautiful places
I used the available connection to Gdаnsk. Inside the spacious building you can find lockers, benches, lifts and toilets. There is a shop also but that day it was closed. In the immediate vicinity there are several cafes, restaurants and a nice church on the hill.
There are few parking spots near the building, can be used for picking up someone.
Very nice, helpful staff at the café in the terminal. Otherwise really minimal.
