Very friendly and helpful staff, but I got misdiagnosed here and ended up having to go to the hospital on the same day as visiting them to get minor surgery as my condition was worse than the doctor at Familjeläkarna had diagnosed. In fact they assured me I did no have a certain problem which was actually the problem and reason I had to get surgery done. But still a very nice and friendly practice, maybe I just got unlucky.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I have yet to have a positive experience at this clinic and will be finding somewhere else to take over my healthcare. 5 weeks wait for an appointment is insanity. Never seen a clinic turn away so many people in genuine need of care and be told to come back during “free hours”.

I've been a patient of this place for years and today I had enough. Poorly managed reception, never any time slots to see a doctor and you're now forced into an idiotic drop-in system that doesn't even keep to the writenw schedule. I've also been misdiagnosed and mistreated by their doctors, only to be shrugged at when reporting it.

When I asked for advice on labwork, the receptionist told me simply to google for answers. Now Google might be your friend, Google is definately not your medical doctor.

Not well managed. Waste of time and money. They never answer phone calls either.
