We stopped here on a Trainaway day pass on our trip and this was one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Its huge, an extraordinary amount of kit, machines, benches DBs, racks, bars, and multiple duplicate machines so waiting for something wasn't ever a problem. Nice changing rooms, good hot showers. No complaints
Good place for indoor Gym and other activities such as Yoga ,swimming . There are a lot of activities which are offered and place is nice and spacious.nBut on costly size compare to other Gym but here you will get a lot of activities to do .
It’s a nice place, clean showers and swimming pool, friendly staff. Would be nice though how many lanes are booked before visiting.

I am quite pick at the moment to pick a gym. From the space to the status of equipment and overall ambient. This is by far the best place I have trained, and I can account fro several gyms in several countries.
