I am always very satisfied every time i am applying for a visa ! very smooth service and the employees are nice.
Filipino people are so accommodating! Every time they are quick to answer my questions and to issue a visa. Postnord messed up my delivery once and they still did more than enough to resolve the situation as soon as possible. I appreciate all you do. Thank you!
People who works there should have a training how to handle fellow filippino inquiries over the phone. You guys represent Philippines you should have etiquet answering phone and polite way in Speaking english. I have full respect to my country and fellow Filipinos but its so disappointed to have a very bad experience dealing with them. Your where here to be helpful to us not being harsh to other filipinos. Change for better. Helping someone who is grasping information will be very much appreciated. My second time still bad experience
Unbelievable services. It took century before they’ll reply. I’ve been sending emails and it took months. My passport was renewed in DFA Baguio Philippines on Sept 2021 last year. And they’re supposed to send it in Sweden Phil Embassy. Since I am back here in Finland since Sept 2021, I’m sending emails regularly to update my passport whereabouts. I received from Sweden Phil Embassy on July 4,2022 that my passport was misrouted in Oslo. And indicating that they will email me if ready to pick up once they receive. From then on I’ve been sending emails to update the whereabouts. I am so disappointed and frustrated because I wanted to go home before Christmas this year but unfortunately that is not going to happen. Still waiting.
Not giving info about closed at 30/11 only on the door and fooled me to spend a lot to meet this closed door!! Internet says open between 9-17. Somebody is not doing his job. And who is to charge for extra costs!!!
