First Camp Kolmården - Norrköping

The rooms are a little old, but well maintained. Everything we needed was there. Slightly better light blocking curtains would have been nice.nWe were a bit off-season so there were no organised activities, but there were still things to do for our kids mini-golf, skelter. Thing to note is that we were only there for 2 nights in order to visit the zoo for 2 days.

Camping site was OK but the service area was unfortunatly not the cleanest, also there were not enough toilets/showers for the campsite. No matter when there was always waiting time...so bigger service facilities would be good. We had a great meal at the Nya Sjöstugan resturant which is close to the campsite!

Nice place, but quite busy. Facilities are modern but not very clean. Lots of children, probably great for a family vacation. We just stayed for one night as a stop-over and found a nice quiet area.

We luckily got a cottage here during a busy weekend of påsklov here. It’s proximity to Kolmården zoo and place in nature is really beautiful.nnStaff at reception was helpful and attentive. They called us in advance to notify of a possible problem and compensated without us even asking for it.nnWould be really good if they kept basic things like hand wash in bathrooms though.

Paid for a premium large pitch 269 and it was actually really small, the 2 pitches that were next to it were standard and almost the same size. This should be marked clearer on the map as it was a complete waste of money paying for the larger pitch. The facilities looked modern but are in fact pretty dirty with a lot of mould in the showers. It was out of season, but should still be cleaned regardless.nIt's an expensive campsite and expectation didn't match the price. Super convenient for Kolmården Zoo though
