I rented a Garmin Inreach for our hike in a remote area in sweden, in sarek.nnOded from Fjällcom was very helpful and nice, He answered several of my questions and made sure my device was delivered to Vienna, Austria on time!nnLuckily we did not need the sos button nur we sent some messages to our families to let them know where we are and that WE are OK! This Garmin service, which is somehow embedded in a platform of Fjällcom worked very nice, without Problems. We also used the weather forecast, trying to escape the rain a litte bit ;-nnBefore leaving sweden, i simply went to a postnord office and sent the device back, the return note was provided by Fjällcom!nnI can highly recommend Fjällcom: the device worked well, the price seems fair to me and as a bonus, they are very nice people! ;-
Great device, service and security on the trail! I used it while hiking alone for two weeks in the forests of mid-Sweden. Easy to use for me and my family who was keeping track of me. I can really recommended it everyone who wants to have some safety when hiking remotely and/or alone!
