had the truffle pizza here and it was absolutely incredible! The crust was perfectly airy with just the right amount of char, and the truffle flavor was rich and aromatic without being overwhelming. The combination of creamy cheese, earthy mushrooms, and the savory touch of salami made every bite unforgettable. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients, and the presentation was beautiful too.nnThe atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent—friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Paired with a refreshing drink, this meal was a perfect experience from start to finish.nnHighly recommend this spot if you’re looking for authentic flavors.
Ordered two lunch meals and a coffee. Service was great, meals arrived within a couple of minutes and staff made sure we had everything we needed. Food was fine. They asked if we had a reservation but gave us a table anyway, so it’s probably smart to book ahead.
I recently dined at Florentine Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience.nThe highlight of our visit was that the restaurant happened to have a special temporary menu done in collaboration with renowned pizzaiolo Raffaele Bonetta, one of the world's best. We had the pleasure of trying two of his signature pizzas:n- Sunset Margherita – a refined twist on the classic Margherita, showcasing his innovative touch.n- Guanciale Delight – a rich, indulgent creation that emphasized flavorsnThey both showcased the expert dough techniques, with super thin dough sheet and big puffy margins.nnThe atmosphere is also amazing, another standout feature.nOne of the first things that caught my eye upon entering was the grand cocktail bar — an impressive setup with an extensive selection of spirits and beautifully crafted drinks. It added a sophisticated touch to the restaurant, making it a great spot to enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif or a post-meal cocktail.nThe restaurant is designed to evoke the essence of Florence, Italy, with majestic statues, intricate mosaics, and a grand setup that transports you straight into a Renaissance-inspired space. The attention to detail in the decor creates an immersive experience, making it feel like an Italian time escape.nnWe visited on a weekday after work around 18:00, and there was a queue at the entrance. Despite not having a reservation, we managed to get inside within 10 minutes, which was quite reasonable. It’s unclear whether the queue was due to the usual popularity of the restaurant or the presence of Raffaele Bonetta, but it is definitely worth the wait.nnIf you're looking for a high-quality dining experience with a touch of culinary artistry, elegant Italian/ Renaissance ambiance, and a fantastic cocktail selection, Florentine Restaurant is a fantastic choice. It quickly became one of our favorite restaurants in Stockholm.
Disappointing experience. Very arrogant head waiter, took forever to bring our food and when it finally came it wasn’t fresh at all, The pizza had almost no meat, the carpaccio was literally blue meat covered with sauces to hide the poor quality،The pasta was awful with a watery, tasteless sauce ،The staff were arrogant and cold. This place is just nice décor but absolutely not worth the experience.
I celebrated my birthday at Florentine – Italian Restaurant a few weeks ago, and the experience was absolutely amazing! My friend and I went without a reservation, but the staff welcomed us warmly and kindly offered us seats at the bar while they prepared a table. They served us special non-alcoholic drinks and asked what brought us in. When they found out it was my birthday, they surprised me with a mini firework celebration – such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture!nnOnce we were seated, we ordered the holy carbonara, profiterole, and a salad. The food was delicious – perfectly cooked and beautifully presented just needed a touch more salt for my taste. The service throughout was fast, friendly, polite, and genuinely warm. At the end of our meal, they brought out another small firework to celebrate again, which made the whole evening even more special.nnThe atmosphere, food, and staff made it a birthday to remember. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend this place!
