Folktandvården Laholm

The front desk has no idea how to talk to customers or give the right information. They talk as if I'm trying to book an appointment at their house instead of the clinic. Very unprofessional treatment!

Came in quickly from when I called. Very nice treatment Both on the phone when I came to visit. Super nice dentist, was it Carl? who fixed my broken tooth. Drawn and educationally explained that I should probably put a dental crown as the next step.

Incredibly rude treatment, questioned everything, really everything you said. Both the reception and the dentist are unreliable and rude. The dentist is also harsh. If there were minus points, they would have gotten them. Visit the private clinics in Laholm instead, much better.

------ If there was a minus, I would have given you this, this is not for anyone who is afraid ..... here are the most sour, most unpleasant people at the reception and the dentists, well they don't care either but there is no risk of going that far and emergency dental care is not even on the map.... when you have to ask Halmstad to take care of teeth that have caused inflammation in half of your body, you are ashamed and you have to explain like a nervous wreck that you are being rejected by your own city.... have you fear of the dentist, so don't worry about calling or going down and talking here, seek help in Halmstad instead, etc. someone who should have had his teeth fixed 16 years ago but has passed........
