The auditor didn't say even her name. When I did the first mistake she changed the route totally but in a way that I knew I did a mistake. Of course, I was not with the proper attention, but for sure she did not make me calm in the beginning, which helped me to be more stressed.

Bad service, rude and impatient staff: they seem to think that everyone who comes here should already know everything. I came in and pressed the button on the machine to select service, but it said I didn't need a license plate and should just wait there. Since I only needed a photo for my new driver's license, I took the initiative and used the photo booth and finished it myself. When I went to the counter to pay according to the instructions on the wall of the photo booth, the staff behind the counter had a stony face and looked as if I owed her 10,000 SEK. She wanted to see my license plate, and I told her that the machine said I didn't need one, and that I only wanted to pay for my photo. She got even angrier and said that I could pay online. I replied that I wanted to pay here, and then she got very irritated and impatient and said that only Swish worked. I said okay and paid. The whole process was very rude. My husband said the same thing when he was here a couple of weeks ago, but it was a different woman. There doesn't seem to be any work ethic here. Try to avoid them if you can.
