Bought laminated glass for a glass railing from Forserum and could not install the railing immediately because it was a building with houses, decks, etc. When I unpacked the shipment I checked as flawless in connection with delivery, I discovered an internal fault on one of the glasses in the middle, i.e. with minimal risk of having been affected by the transport. It looks like a crack in the glass/plastic without feeling/visible on the outside. I consider it a manufacturing defect and contact Forserum but they do not want to help me but refer to the delivery regulations. Can buy replacement glass elsewhere.

They unloaded quickly, they helped to open the trailer, remove the boards and open the top, the staff is friendly, special thanks to the Pole who works on the cart, he helped both physically and as a translator, and also offered coffee
