Ok, so as a visitor watching a game the venue/arena is really good for being such a small one. You can see through the protective glasses quite well and there are seats quite high above the ice which makes the view even better.nnBut... As a player, the ice is not very good I'm afraid. This is most likely due to the ventilation system not being able to vent out the raw and moisty air inside which makes it difficult for the ice to freeze up properly.nnThis also causes the second issue which is the perceived temperature. You really need warm clothes if you are there to watch a game, otherwise you will freeze. A lot.nnThe cafeteria is good, affordable prizes and very nice staff! Parking is good, there shouldn't be any issues with that and there is a gas station just besides the arena where you can buy things that are not available in the cafeteria. Just remember that you are not allowed to bring cans or bottles with you in to the arena.

Good cafeteria and fresh changing rooms/toilets. Can't wait until the next stay on the public ride with the kids

Good hall to watch hockey, nice locals, nice treatment as a supporter of an away team

Very good ice at least in the winter
