This is a wonderful place for fine dining, exquisite food, the chef masters everything from start to finish. Fresh ingredients, interesting combinations, the dishes are very tasty and original. Elegantly decorated rooms , have a intimate atmosphere combined with very professional and warm service. I can not praise this restaurant enough, so refreshing and delicious !

Good service, great food. High points include the lamb with aubergine and shiro leaf, and the mini-loafs of sour dough bread. Locally sourced high quality ingredients. Very limited selection for vegan and vegetarian food unless you let them know in advance unfortunately,.I think good vegetarian food should be part of the standard menu.

If you're in or around Östhammar, this lovely place with lovely hosts is literally the only good option you have. Menu is brief yet comprehensive, dishes are made from local produce, and prices are for this category of restaurants unexpectedly low.
