Absolutely the best customer service I've ever had. When the goods were not available, Anders arranged for them to be picked up from another store. Absolutely fantastic and saved our camping summer. Called and gave feedback about the situation too. Superb!

I am very dissatisfied with my latest order from this online store. First of all, it took a full 9 days for my package to arrive at the delivery point, which is way beyond the expected delivery time. Since I was away on vacation when the package finally arrived, I was unable to pick it up immediately. Less than 7 days later, the package was returned and I was unable to pick up my items.nnWhen I contacted customer service about this issue, they refused to pay for the additional shipping. It also took another 10 days for them to process a refund. The overall wait time and lack of customer service was extremely frustrating. I will not be shopping here again and would recommend others to avoid this store.
