The right place to spend time, money, and energy.nMaja, Christina, Tessan, Anna, Johanna, Emma and all the others working and contributing to friskis, I love you all.
Nothing to complain about. Good quality of things and a gym that oozes lifting joy. Four lifting platforms are a huge plus. Best of the city's facilities by a small margin.
Really nice gym
Was at spin distance at 11:30 today. Arrived 10 minutes late because I got stuck outside the entrance. Mobile check-in didn't work again. Asked for a card when I got a subscription but they wanted me to use mobile check-in instead..nThe pass was ok. Could have been a little more energetic though.nWhen I was on my way out and after wiping my bike down I was about to say thank you and goodbye. Then the instructor says that I haven't wiped my bike down. Asked her to repeat because I thought I had misunderstood. Then she says: you haven't wiped your bike down..nMe: yeah...nthen she continues to say that I hadn't.nMe: but I did it right in front of you. Didn't you see that??nI almost asked the lady sitting next to me to confirm it because the instructor said it out loud in front of everyone. Not so fun to be accused in this way I've been training at Friskis other clubs for 20 years. I've always wiped down the machines and have never experienced anything like this. I left with a lot of disappointment instead of a smile.
Neat and fresh. Good machines in the gym and a large section for free weights. Generous opening hours.
