Very disappointed with the unprofessionalism at this gym. I left my gym shoes on the shoe rack which is there for members to use, and without any prior notice, the gym was closed for a week. When I returned, my shoes were gone. The staff gave no explanation, no help, and barely acknowledged the issue- the receptionist was more interested in chatting with a man than addressing my concern. I asked if there was anywhere else they could be, and was told to just “check the locker room” myself. That was it. No accountability, no apology,nno support. If you can’t ensure basic care for members’ belongings, why even offer a shoe rack? Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience
This is a complete gym for everything you need! Staff is friendly, the equipment and machines is top tier! Well kept and clean!
I lost my shoes there and the staff were so inconsiderate. Not even helpful. I wish they could be a little more compassionate in situations like this. Really disappointed.

Such a great gym! This place saved me while I was doing my masters at SLU. The place is big, well-maintained and always clean. I've never tried the classes so I can't say how great those are, but the FREE personal training is great. One of their staff members helped me come up with a workout routine to help me reach my goals, and taught me how to use all of the machines I wasn't familiar with. There's never really a time where this place is too busy either. Definitely recommend!
