Decent equipment but always overcrowded these days. Air quality is brutal as many people point out. The music choice is like your local 12 year olds' disco, and theyre probably hanging out here sitting on all the machines too.nnI guess if you're a student and can pick very off peak hours this might work for you but if you have a job expect a lot of frustrating waiting and disturbance to your workout
Was really impressed by the gym it is opened 24/7, has big variety of cardio and weights equipment, located on 2 floors and in good condition. Also liked the big choice of classes literally anything from yoga to dance or body pump.nnFor newbies there is a free week trial, which seemed like a great deal if you are unsure.
Awesome experience, came there about 11:30 on a Thursday and spend about 2 hours there. Very kind and helpful staff, few people, no annoying music, very clean space, wide range of machines, benches, dumbbells, cables and squat racks, bunch of mirrors, great showers, free massage chairs.nnI had an awesome time there and all I had to pay for was the parking 10 kr/hour due to their 7-day free trial.nnThe only problems I ran into was the dumbbells which was weirdly long and the chest press wasn’t that good.nnBut I 100 % recommend the place and I’ll sure be back there, way better than the gym I’m usually at.

Nice big gym. Has different areas. Lots of group lessons. Many gym equipment. Clothing areas spacious, multiple ones as well. The place gets renovated often. The staff is very friendly. The coordinators of the place are very approachable and not only listen to grievances but also make changes if possible otherwise they communicate it well back to you.nMany different personal trainers you can choose from; each with their own expertise and experiences.nThe only problem is that the place can get extremely crowded after work hours.nFurthermore, I am a fan of their massage-chairs, but there is too much wear and tear in them, I dont think they have the budget to replace them .
