Love this area but the metro station is quite old - could improve like the one in Odenplan!
Our main station close to our hotel when we visited, very clean and tidy - Easy to navigate and use once you get your head around it. Staff all speak English which is great. Impressed.

You will most likely get off at this station because you are going to Värtahamnen and take a Tallink Silja cruise.nnThe station is a waste of space: the walking traffic is considerable high due to its closeness to the ferry terminal and, yet, there is only one sad coffee place and small convenience store.nnDon't expect much from this station, if you forgot to buy something like a toothbrush, cigarettes or so, probably you will not get it at Gärdet.
