Generator Stockholm

Great location, however rooms and bathrooms were not very clean. When I arrived the bathroom was filled with hair, and then the next day once the bathroom had been cleaned there was no toilet paper despite it being a 6 person dorm. Beds not very comfortable. I ended up leaving my stay early, and when checking out I tried to give feedback but the reception team weren’t overly receptive.nnI’ve stayed at other generators which have been great, this one wasn’t quite the same.

Amazing and friendly service from everyone I spoke to. Particularly linnea who was extremely helpful when I came to her with issues or queries and went above and beyond to help. Location good in relation to bus/train station but the actual area isn’t that nice. Short walk to nicer parts of the city though. No towel provided in hostel room.

It's a nice place in terms of location and amenities. It has many facilities, including its own café, but it also has some major drawbacks. When you settle into your room, you have to lay out the bedding yourself. Essential items like disposable slippers, toothpaste, and face and bath towels are not provided. If you want a towel, you have to pay extra. This is the most unusual practice I've encountered so far, and I don't think it's right. Other than that, there are no issues.

The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable, and the staff is even better! Me and my friends are new in town, we asked the staff for recommendations and Maria helped us plan our entire weekend!nnGreat rooms and even better staff, definitely coming back!

Had a wonderful stay at Generator Stockholm! Harmita and Jenny were so accommodating and helpful during my stay, and I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality! Highly recommend!
