Had an alternator problem and AWD error message on my XC70 on Sunday. Dropped off the car on Tuesday and was able to pick it up on Wednesday. Fantastic help and service from the company but above all from service technician Ali who was pure superhero. It feels safe to know that there are such helpful and professional people to turn to when you have problems with the car.
Sells cars with manufacturing defects, which are recognized by Volvo and still refuses to follow the Consumer Purchase Act and fix the defects when you complain. Must go through ARN and possibly also through the courts if they do not follow ARN. You can complain to them about Volvo manufacturing cars with bad taillights, not break the law and let it affect the customers.
