I was very positively surprised. Our experience looking at bathroom furniture was sooo much better than our previous experience ~5 years ago looking at kitchen tiles. The person helping us this time Filip was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to answer all our questions, and suggest good alternatives to layout challenges, etc.
Excellent service! Cannot be understated how well they handle issues that pops up during renovation. No problem returning items either. Got myself a fantastic bathroom now!

Unmotivated and not friendly personnal in the physical shops. We wanted to look at a lamp we saw on their website, but the lamp was not shown in stores and only available online. We ordered it online and came after a few days. Unfortunately for us it looks like the product page was full of misleading and wrong info images, mounting instructions, description and specifications. We made a complaint about it, but they said we should just return the product for 99kr. Not even a free of charge return when you are misleading consumers. Bad service, waste of time, will never shop there again and wouldn't recommend it at all.
