Very simple airport without many shops but some cafes available. Clean with space for work. I was not happy about the security officer who opened a box of cookies which I bought in France for my college. I don’t understand why he needed to open a simple industrial chocolate “crepes dentelles” in a rough way. It made me so embarrassed when I gave it to my colleague without nice packaging.

How about an $8 bag of Euro skittles? More booze?nnIt’s an overly lit, colourful extravaganza that kids and grandparents and last minute drinkers love. Feels like a casino in Las Vegas.nnAfter passing through the souk you enter airport reality and it’s simplenhere: easy to see gates, open spaces for easy navigation, and more friendly people.nnGoteborg Airport, like Goteborg, is amazing.

Why are duty free drinks not duty free as it should be or how it is in other airports? Mind you I love everything about the airport except the administrative bottleneck on drinks it’s just crazy people can’t enjoy buying drinks freely while flying out . It is written on certain quality drinks that ”you must be flying out of EU ” before you can be eligible to purchase it isn’t that just crazy . Please systembolaget should not meddle with affairs of the airport.
