This care place is disastrous from all aspects! You can never get an appointment, you should always go somewhere else regardless of whether you follow the guidelines or not!nnThey have such poor business planning that they cannot receive more than 6 emergency patients! When the same emergency doctor has booked appointments too. Completely idiotic, how difficult must it be to have rounds where as a doctor you have one day a week or every other week where you only handle emergency patients.nnWe pay a lot of taxes but get no care, abolish the tax let us pay to get care!nnThen maybe more people will get by, more people will get care and the managers of the care will think about so that they don't go bankrupt!nnSo bad, completely crazy the operator also hangs up without us even finishing talking. I don't even understand why they call if they don't intend to provide care! I always feel disappointed when I leave a medical visit here. It feels like they always prioritize saving money and time, instead of helping. I also experienced a really sick thing when I was going to take a blood test and a urine test. I was then asked to take it in the toilet in the waiting room with other waiting patients outside, with the door open? I'm not a patient who needs to be monitored when taking a test. Generally nonchalant and such a bad attitude. I've had very young people take tests, who couldn't answer common questions about what they're doing. Always so disappointed here. When you ask to change doctors, you don't get it either.
