The best customer service you can get and incredibly talented.
We were having problems with our refrigerator. The boss took a professional look and confirmed: the cooling paste was old and crumbly, which was why it was barely cooling. Although there wasn't a technician available, he provided us with tools and paste so we could replace the cooling paste ourselves. Thanks for that!
