Grinda Lanthandel & Café

Small and only essentials/grocery store in Grinda.. Also a cafe serving Hot coffee indoors.. Seating area has a few canopies and a great view of the lawn around.. You'll see many folks relaxing in this area.. Midsummer times can get pretty busy..

We took a day trip to Grinda but didn’t pack a lunch, so this café saved us. We grabbed fresh strawberries, a cheese sandwich, some chips, and pancakes. The produce looked great and the strawberries were fantastic, super fresh and sweet. The pancakes were delightful and hit the spot. The cheese sandwich was surprisingly good for being a simple sandwich! We loved it. The outdoor seating was very pleasant, and eating our pancakes outside on a nice, summer day made it even better. A solid spot for a some snacks and a quick bite if you’re spending the day on the island.

Café, lunch and picnic, small grocery... Grinda lanthandel and café is your hero if you came to Grinda without your own picnic basket.nOf course, prices are a little higher but team is so helpful and welcoming that you forget it.

Need anything, check here first, they might actually have it. Plus great ice-cream

Nice to buy some snacks for the day, it has everything you'd look for and it tastes fine.nAlthough, take care - they charged us too much twice in total over 90 crowns!
