It’s scandalous how bad is the Swedish healthcare and how much we pay in taxes, this is a disaster and needs to be looked closely into. The nurses picking up the phone that select you for the doctor visit don’t even ask critical questions you would expect from a medical professional. I have not received help.
This is my first time in the medical center. Very helpful nuses and doctor.
Totally useless and unpleasant, especially Dr Shakh***n.nNever receive any feedback, no information about prescribed medication, etc. Once you get in touch with the doctor, you are first told that you should not waste his time and that you are only costing time and money and should change healthcare centers.
Seeing a lot of reviews on how bad they are. Agree, very bad treatment when I listed myself there and was questioned why!!! You say welcome, right????
I was traveling through Sweden and got a bladder infection. The staff at reception was very friendly and took care of us. Afterwards you had to wait for 2 hours, while it felt like everyone else after you was treated first. A test confirmed that I had a bladder infection and actually needed antibiotics. The doctor was very unfriendly, could hardly speak English, had no ambition to talk to me and said that since I wasn't Swedish he could only prescribe me one medication. He gave me a post-it with the address of the nearest pharmacy. Absolutely incompetent medical staff. There's no need to do tests and make me wait if you can't/don't want to prescribe me anyway.
