It’s scandalous how bad is the Swedish healthcare and how much we pay in taxes, this is a disaster and needs to be looked closely into. The nurses picking up the phone that select you for the doctor visit don’t even ask critical questions you would expect from a medical professional. I have not received help.
This is my first time in the medical center. Very helpful nuses and doctor.
Further investigation was denied by both the doctor and the director of operations, despite clear somatic symptoms. Referred to psychiatry. Tests performed by home health care were ignored, despite showing deviating results. Then sent a self-referral to Karolinska and received diagnoses of ME/CFS, post-covid and POTS, which are all somatic diagnoses.
Very rude treatment on the phone. No appointments, no waiting list. Is this primary care?
My wife had to have her stitches removed after surgery. We went there without an appointment and were helped promptly. After about an hour and a half, we were out again. The doctor and nurses were very friendly and spoke good English.
