It’s scandalous how bad is the Swedish healthcare and how much we pay in taxes, this is a disaster and needs to be looked closely into. The nurses picking up the phone that select you for the doctor visit don’t even ask critical questions you would expect from a medical professional. I have not received help.
This is my first time in the medical center. Very helpful nuses and doctor.
Called about my son in the morning, got an appointment the same morning. Short wait, nice treatment, quick and professional handling by the nurse. Excellent!

Terrible health center – under all criticism. I try to avoid this health center at all costs. The staff is incompetent and seems to lack basic knowledge of their systems.nI called to make an appointment with a doctor or at least some qualified staff who can examine and assess what is wrong, as my child has had a fever of 39°C for over a week. I was given an appointment at the infectious diseases clinic at 3:30 PM. 20 minutes later I received a message about a new appointment, at 10:20 AM the same day – an appointment that was within an hour. I had to leave work in a hurry to get there.nWhen I arrived with my sick child, who still had a fever, we had to stand outside in -2°C because there was absolutely no way to wait inside. After waiting outside for 20 minutes, I went inside to ask how long we would have to wait. Then I was told that our time was still 15:30, even though I had a message from 1177 that clearly showed the new time 10:20. When I showed this, I only received unpleasant answers and a message that it was 15:30 that applied.nThis is completely unacceptable and dealing with patients, especially sick children, in this way is undignified and shows a frightening lack of organization and empathy.nIf the management of the health center is unable to ensure a functioning operation, I am considering contacting a company audit to conduct an audit that can identify the shortcomings and resource weaknesses that cause these recurring problems. This would allow the necessary measures to be taken. Patients deserve complete and professional care - something that is clearly not a priority here, as this is not the first time it has happened.
