This is my first time in the medical center. Very helpful nuses and doctor.
The first phone contact was below all criticism and gave an extremely unprofessional impression. Right from the first contact, which can really be the key, I felt poorly treated. As a new resident, you expect at least a respectful and helpful treatment, but this was the exact opposite.nnIf the first contact says anything about the quality of care, then this is a health center to avoid. I strongly recommend choosing another health center. The fact that she even chooses not to introduce herself by her name also says a lot to me.
Further investigation was denied by both the doctor and the director of operations, despite clear somatic symptoms. Referred to psychiatry. Tests performed by home health care were ignored, despite showing deviating results. Then sent a self-referral to Karolinska and received diagnoses of ME/CFS, post-covid and POTS, which are all somatic diagnoses.
