The worst service I've experienced, ordered a hamburger with fries I never got while the staff just stood around fiddling with their phone

The level of service is below all criticism, if you don't pay for e.g. air and water, but asking for some water at the station is met with contempt. The staff does not want to make an effort, but refers to a non-functioning payment machine outside. Now if all functions are to be machines that you pay in, then you might as well drop the functions that a manned station has because the staff lacks any sense of service.nTo complain that they waste resources in terms of time
