Very easy to get to from the central station by bus or bike. Lovely mansion which is being renovated until Sept 2024, but tours still available of the interior. Lovely grounds around the mansion as well as a pretty walk around the lake, where you can also swim. Nice National Trust style gift shop at the mansion and a pretty cafe.
There is a bus stop with a bus shelter on both sides of the road.
