Not a good place to visit, specially if you are travelling form the another city. I traveled with my wheelchair bound son.n1 there is no changing room with the liftn2 staff offered me to use the private changing room. But room is so small and person have to go outside to access to lockern3 It is hard to find the helper/ staffn4 there is no proper bath chair and there no facilities to use the poolsn5 Space is overcrowded and not hygiene
One Star is for the food. We had to wait 2 hours in the rain to get in only to be presented with a disgusting and dangerous experience. Hair, spit, dirt and bandaids on every path and almost every pool. Generally very cold and water too cold. No system in place, kids ride the slides way under age because no one cares and understaffed. Way to full although they let almost nobody in for hours. Many broken and rusty parts on the pools and stairs and fixing tape everywhere. The hurricane is dangerous, ripped my hand open on a grainy stone wall in the pool. We left after 2 hours. Disappointed because I remembered this place differently. Also the price is crazy for the non existing quality.
This place is epic i love it the slides are great the wave pool is epic too.5 stars
