An absolute horror. Do not attend this practice unless you want to die. One would think that they would have improved the quality of their provided services throughout time, but you get met by unqualified and extremely rude doctors who only have the intention of dismissing you as quick as possible without offering a thorough evaluation. They make you feel like you are bothering them as they interrupt you mid sentence whilst you try to explain the reason behind your distress. This clinic is known for sending people home and advise them to take painkillers whilst overlooking serious medical underlying conditions. Be aware of this place if you care about your health. Would not go back even if someone paid me. I left feeling even worse than prior to my appointment and they did nothing regarding my pain or symptoms. The doctor named “Jonas” did somehow come to the conclusion that I have issues with my appendix, despite the fact that I described feeling tremendously unwell due to aches in my bones and severe pain underneath my left breast along with experiencing tiny red spots petechiae , which may be a cause for a more serious condition. Once I confronted him about his poor judgement, he left and came back with his babysitter that had to speak for him. Absolute joke. One would think that the supervisor he brought would make some sense, yet he was the one to dispense an even worse treatment and a lack of professionalism.

Inte värd en enda stjärna! Träffade på en väldigt burdus och inte alls passande läkare för att undersöka ett rädd och lesset barn i dag. Tvingade på sig barnet som blev hysteriskt och rädd. Att hålla fast en 5 åring som ber att få mer tid , är inte ok! Barnet blev ännu räddare när denne läkare inte lyssnade på vad barnet sa. Läkaren höjde rösten till barnet och barnet upplevde denna läkare som farlig! Vi lämnade VC med ett barn i högre chock än vi kom dit med!
The staff were polite and professional. I was called to an exam room at the time of my appointment and the physician was there within five minutes. The physician was also polite and professional, asked open ended questions, performed an exam and answered all of my questions efficiently but without rushing. I left feeling confident about the care I received.
Har haft magbekymmer i cirkus en vecka och blir ombedd av jourmottagningen i Motala att söka till min vårdcentral för hjälp. Ringer och får prata med en sköterska. 1. De finns inga tider 2. "Jag jobbar i cockpit på flygplan så jag kan inte ha diare på jobbet." "men ni har ju toalett på flygplanet väll ? " Jo tack de vet jag.... 3. Blev ombedd att kontakta kry.se istället. Jag var tydligen också för ung för att förstå att vården har sina begränsningar 33, men okej.. . Ringde Gränna vårdcentral och fick tid dagen efter. bytte också direkt vårdcentral såklart. Skandallöst om jag ska säga det rent ut. Tack o hej.
Inte ok alls att få sitta och vänta nästan 1 tim på att få komma in när man är sjuk och har en fått en tid inbokad. Plus att ingen kommer och ber om ursäkt eller talar om att det blir försenat. Sämsta jag har varit med om!
Ringde igår o bad om recept men inget idag heller trots dom lova att de skulle fixas under dagen tar ingen seriös ...
Väldigt lång väntetid och lite snobbig personal. Dock är barnläkare bra och duktig med barn. Men inte för vuxna

Får ingen hjälp och mår alltid sämre när man går där ifrån än när man kom dit.
