I ordered from you on May 4th and two weeks after that I got an email that the package was lost and a refund is coming.nnSince then there is no refund and no other messages about this matter. This situation is unacceptable, and needless to say outrageously unprofessional. I don't think I've ever experienced this with other providers.
Typical h&m store, lots and lots of things to buy. Disliked the cleanliness and the insane amount of people. Bought a t shirt that I liked which made me happy
