• We offer Yoga and Meditation Retreats in the countryside of South Sweden; Weekends and Intensive 10 and 14 day retreats all year round and a 3 months sadhana retreat January/April - for beginners and advanced alike. In-depth and comprehensive teachings in classical yoga and meditations from the tantric tradition, including Yoga Nidra deep relaxation, Ajapa Japa, Kriya Yoga, Inner Silence (Antar Mauna), breathing exercises and periods of silence.
The surrounding countryside contributes to making your stay at Håå rich and varied, with the forest and lakes, the wildlife, canoeing, swimming and horseback riding.
