Cecilia, who holds the yin yoga session on Sundays, is an educational, empathetic and pleasant yoga instructor. She leads the session with a calmness and makes various suggestions as alternatives for the positions and helps when needed in a pleasant way that is not intrusive. She highlights the importance of realizing what feels good for yourself without pressure to perform. Can highly recommend her pass!
