The customer service is not the best, not taking the customer seriously, making the customer feel like they are the issue here. I also wanted to try out the red light therapy and got no introduction, just the keys to the room and pointed into the direction where to go.nnThe spa section is not very big, with one tiny swimmingpool you can barely swim in, some relaxing beds, a jacuzzi and two saunas. Never tried out the resting chairs since there were occupied.nnOn the other hand I find the classes to be professional from the teachers and quite diverse. Having both a normal and hot training room also gives that variation depending on what you want and like.
Pretty disappointed. The whole spa is not bigger than an apartment nThe water in the pool was cold. Can't be in there for more than 5 minutes. On top of that during our 2 h spa visit it was also booked by some yoga class so we couldn't use it for half the time.nIt was extremely crowded and spent most of our time waiting for others to finish. No lounge chairs available only 5 although there were like 20-30 people in there.nThe rocking chairs were really nice, though we waited for 30 minutes to get on them.nDidn't get a spot to try the jacuzzi in the 2 hours we were there.nThe steam sauna smelled very strange- either mold or chlorine or something in between.nThe dry sauna was nice though.nOverall, I prefer arken spa any day.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rudest people working at the reception and booking . First time that I see people going out of their way to make sure the customer has a bad experience. I have been going there for many years but never again. Avoid this place, there are many other spas in Gbg with better value for money anyway.
The customer service became much worse than before. They passed the buck to the customer , just avoided to help solve the problem which is their internal communication problem. Super disappointed!!’And booked 50 minutes massage, got actually less than 40 minutes instead, complained , no one care!
Best experience ever! I went there with my wife and the service was perfect. We had the red and green smoothie with the us. Cleanliness was very good and the place is so comfort to eyes and body.nI’m sorry I didn’t post a photo because if you want to go there just leave the whole world and keep you mobile phone in the locker room that is included.nnThanks to spa stuff
