Haninge Municipal Hall

Extremely friendly staff. The lady at the front desk kindly helped me to print some documents since the printer at the library was not working.

It doesn't really have anything to do with the town hall itself.nnBut as a tourist I think it's completely lousy of the municipality that you have to pay for parking just about everywhere.nnThey seem to hate cars in this municipality.nnThis picture is from Tyresta.nYou can't even visit that by car anymore without having to pay. nnI don't understand what the problem is when there's a lot of space to park a car.

Large, flashy hall, but that's all there is to it, staff elevators are visible, but as a visitor you have to run into a hallway to find an elevator up. Entrance is a small roundabout for one person. So if you come with a wheelchair, use the door next door, where it's not as well lit, and there's anti-slip material.

My son will start high school in the football program at Deltaskolan, which is located next door to the municipal building in Haninge. I have only been to a few meetings there personally. One clear impression I have gotten is that it is a nice and logistically well-functioning municipal building.nHowever, the municipal building's lunch buffet has been praised by many people in my area.nI feel very confident that the boy will get a good and nutritious school lunch during his high school days at Deltaskolan.nMany thanks to both Haninge municipality and the school who, in their cooperation, managed to make this work.
