Excellent service from start to finish. The staff were very helpful, promptly offered a test drive, and took the time to clearly explain all the features and details I needed to know. I truly appreciated their friendly and professional approach.
Had a very bad experience going to this showroom. No doubt, I should have looked at the reviews first before. It seems like many had same feeling.
Worst car workshop I have been. My private leased Kia Niro had an engine fault and towed to this place. It is now 5 days and still they have not looked at the car to identify the fault. When i go there and ask about the car, then only they knew my car is towed and in their yard. Funny thing is they even dont know where the tow guys from Kia assistance left the keys. I wonder why they employed these jokers in this place and pay to do nothing. This is the worst experience i had with Hedinbil and not recommend this place to anybody.nnNEW UPDATE: After calling them more than 10 times within a day, i manage to prioritise my car estimation. And this time they also were generous enough to fix it while estimating. So moving my review from 1 star to 2 stars.
Very welcoming staff! Fast and Great service!nDefinitively recommend this car repair...
Not sure about this workshop. Been trying to fix my AC but both tools to test ac system is broken and trying to get decent price indications are hard. Cannot rate higher until this gets resolved.
