Had a flat tire on our caravan holiday. Came here with my Volvo. They had lots to do. The manager came out greeted me and told me with ease. We will solve this for you. So they did. Very grateful for the excellent service and for the assistance
It's no coincidence that this place has terrible reviews. After you make the payment for the car, the sellers no longer answer to e-mails or calls to clarify anything. It's one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had.
I did book time for test and buy the transport car and seller was not at shop but I talk one day before I come and same day also but seller is not there its not logic and we asked for the key one personal said ok when we wait almost 30 mins and then after 30 mins personal started find key when we asked again it’s not so logic for famous Big car company Because I came from Stockholm to Värnamo for buy car!:
Visited to take a look at the new Kia Niro Electric car, but the did not have one in stock so we took a walk around the store. One of the Mercedes salesmen wanted us to get a large Mercedes people carrier/van for a family with two adults and two teenage sons, since that was the only Mercedes he had in the store where a broad shouldered man could fit in the car comfortably while also carrying people with legs in the backseat. The salesman also ignored my wife and only focused on me which infuriated her. We where not interested in Mercedes before going there but entered with an open mind, we left saying that atleast now we now that we will never get a Mercedes.
We are german tourists and had a engine problem. Hedin bil was unbelievable helpfully. In every other country tourists with a problem will be only used to make money. Maybe in every other workshop. But hedin bil was helping us for free. I am really surprised for that. Thank you so much!
