Really nice showroom for a bunch of silent brands. Especially fun to see newer, Chinese cars that are still uncommon.nnThe top floor shows off all the new cars. Downstairs you’ll find 50+ used cars of different brands.nnThere was decent amount of salespeople in the showroom when I visited, so you’ll get the help you need quickly.
Amazing customer service and process throughout including a big shout out to Kevin Nilsson who was a great sales man with honesty and transparency. I have purchased my first new car in Sweden and will absolutely use Hedin Automotive Jagersro and Kevin again in 3 years time. Thanks again for all your help
Bought a Subaru Outback from Emma at Hedin Bil Jägersro. We're very happy with the car. Emma was very friendly and displayed a great understanding of her customers' needs. I'd happily do business here again.
The worst service ever. No interest in helping, selling or even answering questions. Only their Verkstad seemed helpful, not customer service
Bought a car where an issue became apparent within a few weeks. It took 8+ months for them to even find it, even longer to fix it. They wouldn't have fixed it at all had I not been VERY persistent. 90% of staff are rude, don't take any responsibility and are generally unpleasant to interact with. Cherry on top they tried to stiff us on the compensation promised and lied about the terms of the car loan. Save yourself the issues and buy your car literally anywhere else.
