The servisverkstad is truly the most unservice-minded place to deal with. Sadly due to our car brand we have to go there and every dealing is worse than the last. Everytime something goes wrong - 3 times we have had to drive back our car as they have made a mistake. They are impossible to get hold of, staff are rude and unhelpful, especially the woman at reception Hanna who doesn’t not want to work, for example sending through insurance errands.nDe behöver verkligen skärpa sig.nHope a competitor comes soon.
