I just had the worst experience with the employee handling the Postnord counter Friday 15th November 2024 at 12:00 She didn’t wanted to give me my parcel because my name was not on the tracking number in the postnord app. However this was a shipment made from another country with all my information written on the shipping label on the parcel. The label was not produced electronically so the information was not registered by postnord. I have received 20 parcels from that person in the past 2 years and never had any problem receiving and picking up my parcels. The other employees were just going in the back and checking that my name was well written on the parcel. But this specific employee just didn’t wanted to help. Not great for a service job…nShe just told me to call postnord so that they add my name electronically but as I expected they couldn’t and the only solution was for that employee to just go in the back and check that my name was there on the parcel.nAnyways.. I will never go and pick up a parcel if I see this lady as she was really not helpful and rude.nHemköp, please tell your employees that not everyone does stuff electronically and that there is still a generation that is not doing things online so the service also has to adapt to these people.nThank you in advance.nCamille.
