Adelina and Frida were absolutely unhelpful I ordered my cousin a gift from Amazon to collect here for her birthday. I’ve wrote the wrong second name however have confirmed every other detail and they still refused to hand the parcel currently speaking to customer service to sort this issue out , Frida the queer one said the manager doesn’t know anything about the issue and won’t be able to resolve it, what kind of response is that ? I don’t know what kind of prejudice they’re holding but it’s disgusting they’re not even trying to help.nTerrible customer service skills they seriously need to sort it out as it’ll damage a company
It's a nice store. Some of prices were higher than Ikea, while not being much different in quality. But there some essential tools that I was looking for all over the place and found them here. There is a nice 10kr section that has many useful daily items. Helpful and kind staff. We actually forgot to pickup an item we bought, and came back and picked it up the day after without a problem.

You move back in time when you enter this place. Great selection, but the store gives you 80s vibes. And thats fine if thats the idea, but when its because you havent renovated or cleaned for the last 30 years it not that good.
