My all time favorite vegan restaurant in the whole of Sweden. Excellent view, atmosphere, quality of the food - they even have super tasty desserts. Everything is absolutely mesmerizing and magical and I love going back to this place whenever I can.
It’s always a unique pleasure to dine at Herman’s every time I’m in Stockholm. Perched on a hill overlooking the pier, it’s an unforgettable experience to have a sundowner while you enjoy a scrumptious vegan dinner. The food tastes fresh, as fresh as it did many years ago when I first came here. The staff are all buzzing with good vibes, and everyone here is friendly. You really feel the love in the food. They accept reservations online, it can be busy sometimes so I recommend booking just in case. There is both seating indoors and outdoors. But in July, have your dinner outdoors admiring the gorgeous view.nnAfter your meal you can finish off with tea or coffee that is freshly brewed and included in the price of the meal.
We had a fantastic experience at Herman's Vegan Buffet in Stockholm. For around €26 per person, you get access to an all-you-can-eat buffet with an impressive variety of dishes, including delicious soups, fresh salads, and plenty of hot food options.nnThe price also includes tap water, coffee, and a selection of teas, which makes it excellent value for money. Everything we tried tasted fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care.nnOne of the highlights is the stunning view overlooking Stockholm and the water. It's the perfect setting to enjoy a meal while taking in the beautiful scenery.nnIf you're looking for tasty vegan food, a relaxed atmosphere, and one of the best views in the city, Herman's is definitely worth a visit.
Delicious vegan buffet! There was so much on offer. I managed to pace myself, but still managed to have four plates I needed to try everything and then have seconds of my faves. The pickled veg was a personal stand out. Such strong and yummy flavours! Makes me want to start pickling veg. There were some gorgeous salads, a fantastic butter, lush roast potatoes among many other things. I didn’t partake in dessert as you had to pay extra or I would’ve saved some room.nnAnd it may have one of the best views.nnDefinitely worth a visit if you’re in Stockholm but I don’t think I could go back a second time in the same holiday as I’m unable to control myself at a buffet.
A Stockholm local recommended this place to us, knowing that my wife was vegan and I was vegetarian, and wow, I am SO glad that she did! She told us to book but I forgot ! and yet, since we turned up early, the staff were very accommodating and managed to find us a table. The buffet style meal was fantastic and we both adored what we ate, returning for more on numerous occasions.nIn fact, we loved Hermans so much that when we were there, we booked a table for the next night, this time asking for a table with a view from the window. Now, if you thought the food was great, then eating it by the window is just incredible, for the view is just amazing.nWould I recommend this place? Oh yes. Most definitely.
