But that's how you are perceived when you have staff who are so rude and nonchalant.nWe don't want to have anything more to do with Hertz, and I don't understand that you can't find what case this applies to either? How many do you charge for SEK 4500?? This is just platitudes on your part.nYou charge a lot of money to fix small damages that you manage to find on your cars, but you also don't want to show that you are fixing the damages.
When servicing our car, a loan car from Hertz is included. Never anything to complain about, clean and well maintained cars. Good models and through and through a good experience that always worked.
Friendly staff and smart auto system for keys. But poor opening hours for workers and no service at all during weekends. Good car.
Urgent recovery to Volvo in Kristianstad due to that we thought there was something wrong with the front carriage. SOS assistance via the insurance had accidentally booked the same time with the tow truck and Hertz. When the car is on its flatbed, the guy at Hertz calls and asks where we're going. I tell him the situation, to which he replies that he can't wait, he has other customers waiting so he would knit. We had to solve it in another way, he thought. Stranded in Kristianstad without a car and going home to Malmö! Never experienced more arrogant, nonchalant and incredibly low level of service. Luckily, we were picked up by Janne at the Assistance Corps, who solved it for us through Kå Ve Tires and Bo, who determined that it was the tires that were at fault and changed them. We talk about customer service there! NEVER MORE HERTZ!
