My work
Horrible place.
I bought a Scan flint steak at Willys the other day, which I came to regret.nnThe meat was of good quality, but the taste....ugh. none of us could eat more than a couple of small pieces. The marinade did not have enough sweetness, but the worst thing was that you had used too much cumin. It was the only dominant flavor and it really did not give more flavor. A shame and a real waste, as the meat was nice, but it went in the trash and we had to eat our fill of salad.nnNext time we will buy flint steak from another manufacturer or marinate ourselves.
