Åhlens City

I’m disappointed with the level of service at Åhléns. The staff did not seem particularly interested in helping, and when I asked questions, I didn’t receive clear or informative answers.nnI purchased a perfume at full price, only to later notice that it was actually on a 30% in-store promotion. This was not mentioned during the purchase. When I returned to ask about it, I still didn’t get a clear explanation, which made the situation more frustrating. I chose to return the product.nnUnfortunately, this was not my first experience of this kind. While the store offers many nice products, the customer service has been consistently lacking. For that reason, I will choose to shop elsewhere in the future.

Small deparment store with local and Scandinavian brands. Baby/Kids section -1. Floor is recommended. Swedish wooden toy brand, Brio has a plenty of choices over here.

There are a lot of beautiful gift boxes for festival season.

Shop trying to take customers money twice for one product. Be careful and ask for receipts!

I love browsing the cosmetics stands. Great selection of gift boxes for the holidays. Friendly staff
