I usually come here to change my tires in winter and summer. The prices are super good, and it's comparatively easier to find a slot to change tires than many other big brands in the vicinity. I have also recently bought their tire hotel package, and so far, I am quite impressed.
Already on December 4th, 2023 I bought a one-year-old Mini from Holmgrens Bil in Jönköping. The vehicle was paid for by me on December 8th, 2023 and delivered to me in Germany before Christmas 2023. As of today, February 1st, 2024, I have not received any vehicle documents, no COC paper and no correct invoice for the vehicle. So I've been waiting for the vehicle documents for almost 8 weeks!!! Numerous emails were not responded to. Calls are not accepted.nI don't know what to do?nBeware of this dealer!!! I suspect fraud!!
Lost my driver side mirror glass while travelling home to Oslo somebody passed to close and took it with them. Not wanting to drive 100s kilometres without that mirror I phoned ahead to get a new part. We were planning on staying the night in Jönköping in any case. The parts desk was able to get one before 9am the next morning and they were available to fit it for me in about 20min. Very fast and helpful service so me and my family could continue our journey without too much delay.
had a full service done here in April, changed the spark plugs without following the instructions, insanely incompetent.
