Met by a loon with worn sneakers. He neither shakes hands nor introduces himself.nI get to look at the car I'm interested in, he doesn't say anything. Don't try to sell the car by talking about its equipment.nGood that you read up on it beforehandnTest drive the car and then say that I am interested but ask if we can do something about the price. Got a reply that the price in the box applies. No explanation why this particular car is WAY above the market price. So thanked me went went.nnSo a course in customer service might be a good idea. And if you have prices above the market price, you should be able to explain why.
I have always been treated well at Holmlunds bil in Krylbo. Both the salespeople and the guys at the reception when I have to service the car have been nice. I have bought a car there twice and have always had it serviced there.
