Absolutely disgusting hotel. Messed up a booking for my mother who is 67 years old. Then put her in a dingy room much smaller and of lower quality than originally agreed. Then charged her full price for the room and threatened to call the police when she disagreed with the charge. If this is how they do business and treat retired ladies I recommend everyone avoid them permanently. Place should be shut down
It was nice and cozy. The room was well decorated and big and for a smaller hotel the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was really nice and helpful regarding problems we faced like gluten free breakfast and so on. I would absolutely stay here again because for the price you pay you get a Lot back.
There are some shortcomings and Poles constantly drink alcohol in the dining room. But since the room was big and beautiful, and the Poles treated me to delicious wine, I liked everything
The room was very good size with cozy decor. There was a lot of variety at breakfast and the staff was very helpful, specially in regards to gluten free alternatives.
Nice local hotel, no bacon and scramble eggs for breakfast. Good room standard.
